Method
  1. Start by making the sauce, Whisk together the sour cream, cilantro, maple syrup, chipotle in adobo, lime juice, cumin and salt.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn, quinoa, tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, pickled onions, cilantro, and pecans.
  3. When ready to serve, drizzle with the Chipotle Dressing, and adjust salt to taste, garnish with crushed tortilla and serve.
